Dried Apricots

Our dried apricots—locally known as Jardalu or Khubani—are sourced from the orchards of Ladakh, Himachal Pradesh, and Kashmir, where the cool climate and mineral-rich soil produce apricots with intense sweetness, rich flavor, and soft, chewy texture. Sun-dried naturally without additives, our apricots retain their golden to amber color, high nutrient content, and long shelf life.

We offer both sweet and tart varieties, available whole (with or without seed), and in sliced or diced forms upon request.

Available in bulk packs or custom export packaging. Options for organic certification, vacuum sealing, and value-added processing (such as seedless or paste) are available on demand.
